Update - We are actively working to resolve issues preventing some customers from viewing their Eagle Eye cameras in Brivo Access. We anticipate that full functionality will be restored within the next 24-48 hours.

Identified - Brivo has identified an issue affecting some cloud services. Customers may see connection issues with Mercury panels and resellers may be unable to use some features in Partner Portal. All affected panels will continue to operate in offline status.
