We will be performing scheduled maintenance on July 28 from 11 PM - 12 AM EDT. During this maintenance window, Brivo applications and API services (including internet-based door unlocks with Brivo Mobile Pass) will be temporarily unavailable for customers on the US instance.

Brivo and Mercury control panels will continue to operate using their local database to process access requests and record events in offline mode. There will be no impact to users attempting to unlock doors using physical credentials, Brivo Wallet Pass, and Brivo Mobile Pass (BLE).
