Brivo will be performing scheduled maintenance on July 22, 2021 beginning at 10 PM EDT. This maintenance will last for approximately 2 hours, and will not affect administrators' ability to log into Brivo Access or Brivo Onair.
During this time, administrators may experience intermittent impacts to the following systems:
- Brivo Identity Connector sync will be paused during the maintenance window - Brivo's intercom and telephone directory will be temporarily unavailable - Mercury panels may disconnect momentarily and reconnect automatically
No impact is expected for Brivo panel connections or users unlocking doors with physical credentials or Brivo Mobile Pass.
